Welcome to Simply Solar!

Congratulations! With your decision to go solar, you’re one step closer to energy independence. Your clean energy savings are just around the corner, and we’re here to make sure your installation goes off without a hitch.

Our in-house technicians will arrive ready to get you set up with solar, but there are some steps you can take ahead of time to ensure you feel comfortable and prepared on the big day. This page will provide you with important resources, a general timeline of events, and answers to frequently asked questions.

What comes next?

1. If applicable to you, your sales rep will help you schedule your site inspection

Set a time with our site inspectors to evaluate your home and take measurements, photos, and determine layout. If you have already submitted your photos to your sales rep, you can skip this step because your site inspection is being done virtually!

2. Pay your deposit

If applicable, pay your deposit via credit card, eCheck, or in person.

3. Approve Your Planset

Once you receive your planset, you must approve or request changes within 48 hours. If the planset is not approved in 48 hours, your project will automatically move into production.

4. Schedule your installation

After receiving your permit, your project coordinator will schedule your installation and you will be powered by sunlight in no time!

FAQ

Do I need to be present for the installation?

Yes! We ask that the decisionmaker for the project be home during the installation. On the morning of the installation, our foreman will walk through the job with you, confirm specific equipment locations, and review the conduit route. It’s important that you are present for this portion of the process, as it’s important to us to provide you with the best possible system. Post-install requests can come at an additional charge, so it’s best to make adjustments early in the process.
