Klype LLC. engaged Simply Solar to replace an existing PV system and repair roofing at a building occupied by their Lakewood Dr. healthcare tenant. After assessing the needs of the Healthcare Facility, a custom designed solar carport system was created added to the project.

The system is comprised of a 88.8 kW net metered car port solar photovoltaic system.

The solar modules are mounted on "the Golden Gate Bridge" of car port structures and covers a portion of the facility parking lot to power a percentage of the Healthcare facility. The solar car port system, as well as generating energy for the facility, will serve as a daytime shade and cooling area for staff vehicles, and offers improved lighting in the evening. This project is engineered and constructed to generate continuous clean solar energy for the next 25 years.
